Ingredients
  • • 2 cups of fresh and dried herbs, tightly packed, using any available varieties from your garden. Great herbs include rosemary, lavender buds, mint, sage, thyme. You can mix them or use one type of herb.
  • • 1 lemon, halved (optional)
  • • Approximately 2 cups of white wine vinegar
  • • One 16-ounce canning jar with lid
  • • One spray bottle
Directions
  1. Use fresh or dried herbs(or combined) like lavender, rosemary, sage and mint, plus half a lemon, to fill a 16 oz jar. Cover with white vinegar (5%), pressing herbs down with wooden spoon so they're fully submerged. Steep for 1–2 weeks, occasionally inverting the jar. Strain out the solids and store the concentrate. For cleaning, mix equal parts vinegar concentrate and distilled water in a spray bottle. This cleaner works on glass, porcelain, tile, laminate, and stainless steel—avoid using it on wood, marble, or granite surfaces.
