Salsa Cruda

Ingredients
- 1½ lb. diced heirloom tomatoes or mixed cherry tomatoes sliced in half(if larger quartered)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- ¼ c. chopped onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 Tbs. olive oil
- ¼ c. black olives sliced
- ¼ c. coarsely chopped parsley
- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh basil
- ¾ lb pasta
Directions
- Combine tomatoes, sea salt, chopped onion, garlic, olives and olive oil. Set aside. Meanwhile cook ¾ lb pasta. Add the tomato mixture to parsley and basil and serve over the warm pasta.
