Please join Peach Orchard Yoga at Sage Creation’s Friday, June 28th at 7:30 pm Sunset Hatha Yoga class among the lavender fields.
7:30 pm-8:30 pm Sunset Hatha Yoga Session is a slower paced class that welcomes all levels of yoga practice. In this session we begin with warming up the neck, shoulders and spine then we transition to balancing poses that focus on good posture and strengthening. The session ends with a gentle cool down that is designed to calm the mind and allow you to enjoy the beauty that surrounds you.
Please select your date and purchase tickets ahead of time. Class includes a certified instructor, a travel sized lavender mist and lavender inspired refreshments. For participants 21 and older class includes a complimentary glass of local wine.
We will be offering the following days. Note: If you can, bring your own yoga mat, if you do not have one, we can provide one.
