Description
Sunset Hatha Yoga Session is a slower-paced class that welcomes all levels of yoga practice.
In this session, we begin with warming up the neck, shoulders and spine, then we transition to balancing poses that focus on good posture and strengthening. The session ends with a gentle cool down that is designed to calm the mind and allow you to enjoy the beauty that surrounds you.
Purchase tickets ahead of time.
Class includes a certified instructor, a travel-sized lavender mist, and lavender-inspired refreshments.
Note: If you can, bring your own yoga mat; if you do not have one, we can provide one.
