The fields of poppies on the farm have been spectacular this year. I believe it is attributed to all the moisture we had over the winter and spring. We use poppies between the rows of lavender to cut down on weeds and to feed the bees. This week we are beginning to knock them over in order to make room for the lavender. The good thing is that we are going from one beautiful bloom to the next. I have had many friends and visitors take pictures this year. I will be posting a gallery of photos for everyone to enjoy.
