The classes in this series are geared for the true lavender enthusiast who want to scale up their lavender planting, the potential hobby farmer and commercial grower and active lavender growers.

Fall Time Field Day at the farm
9:00 am – 3:00 pm Includes lunch and materials
Learn how to distill lavender and other herbs for its essential oil and hydrosol. Instructor Paola Legarre has been successfully growing, processing and selling lavender for more than 18 years.
Field Day: We will have hands on instructions in the field and class room time; learn how to harvest lavender at the appropriate time for distilling. Distill lavender using both steam and hydra distillation methods and using two different styles of stills. Learn how to Minimum of 6 students to hold class.
Tuition
Cost: $250/person or $450 for single operation (limit 2 persons). For each additional person from the same operation is $225.
