This class will teach you how to distill lavender and other herbs for essential oil and hydrosol.  Learn how to harvest lavender at the appropriate time for distilling. Distill lavender using two different styles of stills – steam and hydra distillation methods.  Lavender farmer and instructor, Paola Legarre, has been successfully growing, processing and selling lavender for over 18 years.

Minimum of 6 students to hold class.

Cost:  $250/person or $450 for single operation (limit 2 persons). For each additional person from the same operation:  $225.
